Responsibility
- Generate and close sales leads to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
