Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies for the Bali market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Colony Groupâs product/service enhancements.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to refine skills and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients, including expats and locals.
- Familiarity with Baliâs market dynamics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required for client meetings and events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
