Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies for the Bali market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Colony Group’s product/service enhancements.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to refine skills and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients, including expats and locals.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali as required for client meetings and events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
