Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring all sales and service inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Provide end-to-end sales support, from initial contact to closing deals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Handle peak periods at GraPARI centers efficiently, ensuring no customer is left unattended.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue while delivering value to customers.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contract-based role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Passion for sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak periods, to support business needs.
