Responsibility

  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.

  • Prepare and distribute sales performance reports and analytics to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
