Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software.
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash as needed.
  • Uphold clinic policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
