Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaise with other departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve administrative issues.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, budgets, and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience in a corporate or commercial environment is highly desirable.
