Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, invoices, and other documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and customer service best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
