Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a remote team of five Administrators, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Streamline recruitment support processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Develop and maintain standardized administrative procedures, templates, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruitment, Operations) to optimize workflows.
- Track and report on team metrics, productivity, and service quality to senior management.
- Foster a positive, remote-first culture through regular check-ins, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in administrative leadership, team management, or operations, preferably in recruitment or HR.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required for global collaboration).
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and recruitment tools (ATS, CRM).
- Experience leading remote teams, with a focus on accountability, transparency, and engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate (visa support may be available for exceptional candidates).
