Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring efficient information flow across departments.
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and compliance files in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for corporate meetings, training sessions, and client engagements.
- Monitor and optimize office budgets, including expense tracking and cost-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with IT, HR, and finance teams to streamline cross-functional processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies, including health and security protocols.
- Support the procurement process, from sourcing to contract management, for office equipment and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience in general affairs or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, facility management, or banking operations (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and document management systems is advantageous.
