Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational tasks of the sales team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage and update sales data, customer records, and transaction logs with accuracy.
- Process and verify sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, customer service) to resolve order discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to prevent stock shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, payments, and delivery statuses with professionalism.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, order management, and invoicing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment is advantageous.
