Responsibility
- Process and submit BPJS claims accurately and efficiently
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage details
- Maintain organized records of all claims and related documentation
- Follow up on pending claims and resolve any discrepancies
- Liaise with BPJS representatives and internal departments to clarify claim requirements
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on claims status and processing metrics
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide clear explanations of coverage
- Ensure compliance with all BPJS regulations and clinic policies
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with BPJS systems and claim processing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
