Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all assigned properties (residences, offices, warehouses) to ensure they meet luxury standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff to execute repairs, renovations, and routine upkeep efficiently.
- Organize and supervise household and office staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Handle personal and professional errands for the Director, including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain detailed inventories of supplies, equipment, and assets across all locations, ensuring timely restocking and replacements.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and external parties (e.g., service providers, clients, or partners) with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop and implement systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the Director’s productivity.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise, ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven track record in managing multiple properties, staff, and complex logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all professional and personal matters.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and property management tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
