Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily procurement administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Monitor and track purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Operations) to align procurement activities with organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels using digital or manual systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
