Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation for geosynthetic products.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics to prevent stockouts or delays.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales administration, customer service, or office support, preferably in trading or manufacturing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian fluency is a plus.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with geosynthetics, construction materials, or industrial products is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
