Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry, to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support seamless workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries, with professionalism and discretion.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate interdepartmental communication and project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
