Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, engineering) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Manage and maintain a database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and submissions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all tender-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Monitor and track the progress of active tenders, including follow-ups and clarifications.
- Assist in the evaluation of bids and proposals from vendors or subcontractors.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all tender-related information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender administration, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or energy sector.
- Proficiency in CIVD (Construction Information and Virtual Design) tools and tender management software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tender regulations and procurement laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
