Responsibility
- Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate scheduling for property viewings, meetings, and client calls across different time zones.
- Handle email and phone correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative materials for the real estate team.
- Assist in property listing management, including updating databases and ensuring information is current.
- Process and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documents related to real estate transactions.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
