Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and client-specific data.
- Assist in account management by maintaining client records, tracking interactions, and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to streamline order fulfillment and billing processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Support the sales team with meeting preparations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
