Responsibility
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Organize and manage digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Ownership of a reliable laptop is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
