Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, records, and files efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other business documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
