As the backbone of our sales team, youâll manage end-to-end administrative processes, from order intake to delivery fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibility
- Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order processing, documentation, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and delivery delays by liaising with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, order status, and administrative metrics to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients and internal reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Experience working in a contract or temporary role is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with the security, logistics, or technology industries is a bonus.
