As the backbone of our sales team, you’ll manage end-to-end administrative processes, from order intake to delivery fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to streamline workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records. Responsibility

  • Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order processing, documentation, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and delivery delays by liaising with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, order status, and administrative metrics to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients and internal reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Experience working in a contract or temporary role is advantageous but not required.
