Responsibility

  • Manage and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client and transaction records.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales administration, customer service, or office support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
