Responsibility

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce platform guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Online Shop Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
