Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to restock products as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce platform guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Online Shop Administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
