Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist in financial operations such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget preparation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services via social media and other channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and client billing.
- Monitor inventory and procurement processes to support operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and financial metrics for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to negotiate contracts and terms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative, marketing, or financial roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
