Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, databases, and customer files to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
  • Liaise with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Implement and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
