Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Handle vendor and client inquiries related to invoicing and payments.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Support general administrative tasks and office operations as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or invoicing role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
