Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
