Responsibility

  • Manage and execute billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to meet collection targets and minimize overdue payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to verify client details and ensure proper documentation.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries related to payments.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, billing, or collections.
