Responsibility
- Oversee and streamline daily administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Manage office logistics, including supply procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
