In this role, you will serve as the trusted right hand to senior management, ensuring seamless administrative operations and providing high-level secretarial support. You will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, managing confidential documents, and overseeing critical projects that drive organizational efficiency. Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Manage and oversee key operational programmes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring seamless logistics and participant satisfaction.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
