Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
