Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Coordinate with sales teams to prepare reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the publishing industry is a plus.
