Responsibility
- Provide prompt and courteous front-line services to patients visiting the Radiology department.
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into the hospital's management system.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies regarding patient data and privacy.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of patient reports and medical records as required.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of departmental supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Proficiency in using hospital management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic radiology procedures is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
