Responsibility
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet operational demands.
- Oversee scheduling and attendance tracking for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO setting.
