Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all client inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure smooth transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to sales executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
