As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sales operations, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to our field sales representatives. Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure timely submission of reports and client data.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer files in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock reconciliation for sales-related materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field of study.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) for occasional field coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
