Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure timely submission of reports and client data.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer files in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and stock reconciliation for sales-related materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field of study.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) for occasional field coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
