Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve administrative issues, and provide exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer service principles.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in the retail, distribution, or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
