Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve administrative issues, and provide exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer service principles.
