Responsibility
- Prepare and manage client documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) filings and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update corporate databases, ensuring data integrity and timely information retrieval.
- Coordinate office operations, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and process execution.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and track deadlines for submissions, renewals, and compliance-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, managing files, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in administrative, corporate services, or office support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Familiarity with ACRA filing processes and corporate compliance requirements is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
