Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain enterprise AI tools and platforms to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders using enterprise applications.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for AI tools and workflows.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new technologies to support business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to track system performance and user adoption metrics.
- Train end-users on AI tools and best practices to maximize productivity and adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools to recommend improvements for operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations support, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
