Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and receipts with high accuracy.
- Handle daily cash transactions, including setoran (deposits) and petty cash disbursements.
- Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and financial summaries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation for sales-related stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales administration, accounting, or financial clerical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
