Responsibility
- Manage and update inventory records using digital systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, or specialized software).
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to monitor stock levels and trigger reorders as needed.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO).
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile inventory data with accounting records.
- Implement and maintain standardized inventory procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics coordination.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for cross-departmental communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
