Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including orders, invoices, and customer data.
- Process and reconcile daily sales transactions, setoran (deposits), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Oversee petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and distribute timely sales reports, financial summaries, and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues related to sales and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business planning.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all sales-related documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, accounting, or financial support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with AR processes, petty cash management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the logistics or sales industry is a plus.
