Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational productivity.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maintain optimal resource availability.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for document management, filing systems, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation to support transparent fiscal operations.
- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and resolving operational challenges promptly.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or office management roles.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budget management is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
