Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support IT-related processes, such as basic troubleshooting, software coordination, and digital tool maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entries with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary materials and facilitating introductions.
- Proactively identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
