Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate sales orders, logistics, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Liaise with internal teams (purchasing, warehousing) to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational workflows.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in warehousing or purchasing is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Bali, with a valid work permit (or eligibility).
