Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the government project team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date, secure, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution, acting as a liaison when necessary.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all resources are available and properly maintained for project needs.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to data protection and government regulations.
- Support event planning and logistics for project-related workshops, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall success of the project and team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a government, corporate, or project-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information.
