Responsibility
- Process and maintain accurate records of export-import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Input, update, and archive financial and logistical data in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and reconcile cost accounting entries to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, procurement) to verify data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic reports on export-import activities, cost variances, and inventory valuations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws, tariffs, and tax regulations.
- Assist in audits by providing organized documentation and clarifying financial transactions.
- Optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency in data management and retrieval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import administration, cost accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of international trade documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax and trade regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
