Responsibility
- Manage participant registrations and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate training logistics including venue bookings and materials
- Process invoices and track payments for training programs
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal teams
- Prepare training materials and distribute to participants
- Monitor program budgets and report on financial status
- Handle participant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain training databases and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in training coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with invoicing processes is a plus
