Responsibility

  • Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Verify and cross-check documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking important correspondence.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure data privacy in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Minimum educational background of High School (SMU) or Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative challenges.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and digital filing tools is a plus.
