Responsibility
- Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently using dental software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and concerns.
- Verify and update patient insurance information to ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize appointment schedules and reduce wait times.
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist, scheduler, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental administration is a plus.
