Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record inventory movements with precision.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for branch operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the branch manager and team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
